LOGINDepartment of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agro-Industry and Kasetsart University Food Innovation Research and Services In Thailand (KU-FIRST) hosted “Food Safety Management Course 2023” at Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agro-Industry, AI 2 Building Room No. 2204, Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand on May 15-17, 19 and 22, 2023.
The course is handled under the project for Human Resource Development in Food-related Areas through Partnership with Universities in ASEAN Region –Phase 3 funded by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) of Japan.
The course objective was to deepen the understanding of Hazard Critical Control Point (HACCP) and gain audit skills to ensure food safety. Moreover, this course would build the knowledge of Japan Food Safety Standard (JFS), including the concepts of HACCP, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and Food Safety Management System.
The course was presented by experts from Kagoshima University and Mae Fah Luang University.
