This Consultative Meeting make academic exchange and the enhancement of research and development in the region to meet the goal of national and GMS’s fundamental economic security as a further development model for other regions. The glutinous rice is the research tool to drive us to concern about food security, food safety and sustainability on agriculture and environment.
