– Testing methods (functional foods)
– Development of functional agricultural products and the use of functional food labelling system in Japan
– ISO/IEC17025 importance of method and quality assurance in food analysis
– HPLC principal training & trouble shooting (workshop)
– Hands-on training on the functional compounds in mushroom (workshop)
This course is organized by Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University (Thailand) and Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF, Japan)
