Food Talks #2: Food Safety Management Along the Food Chain in the Era of COVID-19 Pandemic
July 5, 2021, FoodInnopolis@Kasetsart in cooperation with the Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), Kasetsart University, had organized an online lecture “Food Safety Management Along the Food Chain in the Era of COVID-19 Pandemic”, by Dr. Jutamat Klinsoda, a researcher of Department of Applied Microbiology, IFRPD, who was ready to pass on guidelines for food safety control and management as well as to provide a perspective of food safety control in the future from the government during this COVID-19 era.
