เรื่อง วัตถุเจือปนอาหาร (Food Additives)
กำหนด ชนิด ปริมาณ และเงื่อนไขการใช้ วัตถุเจือปนอาหารที่อนุญาตในผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคและให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล
สาระสำคัญ
กำหนด ประเภทของวัตถุเจือปนอาหาร ที่อนุญาต เช่น สารกันเสีย สารให้สี สารปรุงแต่งรส สารทำให้คงตัว ฯลฯ ระบุ ปริมาณสูงสุด (Maximum Level) และ เงื่อนไขการใช้ สำหรับอาหารแต่ละชนิด อ้างอิงมาตรฐาน Codex General Standard for Food Additives (GSFA) เพื่อให้ไทยสอดคล้องกับตลาดโลก ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ใช้วัตถุเจือปนต้อง แสดงฉลากชื่อสารและปริมาณที่ใช้ อย่างถูกต้อง
