The value created by local agricultural raw materials, particularly glutinous rice, is highly desirable because these raw materials generate sustainable employment and additional income for the local people.

This year, the emphasis is on Bio-Circular-Green Economy (BCG) models. The core discussions address the production and utilization of glutinous rice in the respective countries and invites all participants to share their experiences and raise key issues that will facilitate the continuing collaborative workings within our network, far into the future.
