อาหารที่ปลอดภัย เพียงพอ และเข้าถึงได้ เป็นสิ่งสำคัญของประชากรโลกทั้ง 7.9 พันล้านคน ด้วยเหตุนี้ ASEAN Food Safety Forum ครั้งที่ 9 โดยศูนย์นวัตกรรมวิทยาการอาหาร มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ หรือ KU-FIRST จึงได้เน้นเรื่อง “Alternative Protein… Food for the Future”  ในงานนี้วิทยากรจะมาเปิดเผยการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์โปรตีนจากพืชและแมลง รวมทั้งกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องของประเทศไทยและอินโดนีเชีย เพื่อเสริมสร้าง Food Security ให้กับทุกคน
